Terms of use

Last updated: 25 September 2026

These Terms of Use govern access to Speakarium. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Speakarium provides language-practice tools (Listen, Speak, Pronounce, vocabulary). Features, quotas, and pricing may change. Some features require a free account or a paid Premium subscription.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the email inbox used for magic-link sign-in and for activity under your profile. Do not share access or attempt to bypass bans, quotas, or payment walls.

3. Acceptable use

  • No illegal, abusive, or harassing content.
  • No attempts to scrape, attack, or reverse-engineer the service.
  • No misuse of AI partners to generate disallowed content.

4. AI-generated content

Scenarios and coaching may be generated by AI and can be wrong. See the Disclaimer. You remain responsible for how you use suggestions in real life.

5. Premium and payments

Paid plans are billed by our payment providers. Refunds follow the provider’s rules and any stated Premium policy. Cancel anytime to stop future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

6. Advertising

Free tiers may show third-party ads when enabled. Ad networks (including Google) operate under their own terms and our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

Speakarium branding, UI, and original materials are owned by us or our licensors. You keep rights to content you submit, and grant us a license to host and process it to run the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, non-payment, or risk to the service. You may stop using Speakarium at any time and request account deletion via Contact.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” to the extent allowed by law. Liability limits in the Disclaimer apply. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The last-updated date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted.

11. Contact

Questions: Contact.
